This course builds foundational physics across six modules: motion and inertia; Newton’s laws and force diagrams; work, power, and energy transformations; electric charge, current, voltage and safety; series and parallel circuit analysis with practical wiring examples; and the electromagnetic spectrum with its uses and hazards. Through clear explanations, calculations (F=ma, work, Ohm’s law), diagrams, and hands-on activities, learners—especially senior high and vocational students—will gain practical skills to analyze everyday physical systems safely and confidently.

- Identify inertia as the tendency for an object to stay at rest or in motion and describe how an unbalanced net force affects an object's state.
- Investigate the relationship among force, mass, and acceleration, and explain action-reaction pairs using force diagrams in practical, everyday situations.
- Define work and power and demonstrate how forces relate to the transfer and transformation of energy in mechanical systems.
- Identify electricity as the flow of electrons, differentiate among the concepts of current, voltage, and resistance, and show appreciation for observing safe measures in handling electricity.
- Draw diagrams, assemble, and infer the relationship among current, voltage, and resistance in series and parallel circuits.
- Compare the relative wavelengths and frequencies of different types of electromagnetic waves and identify their applications and detrimental effects on living things.
